Submission Lengths:
Short Article length: Minimum of 500 words, not including byline.
Feature Article length: Minimum of 1000 words, not including byline.

Acronyms: Spell out the first usage of an acronym, and place the acronym in parentheses after it. For example, "The Email Experience Council (EEC) relaased a new report today.."

Clearances: It is the author's responsibility to make sure that papers submitted to All the News Fit to Send have been cleared by all third parties. For example, if a paper was originally presented at a conference, it is the author's responsibility to make sure the conference organizers have approved the paper’s publication in the magazine.

Editing: All accepted manuscripts are subject to copy editing, and the contributor will have an opportunity to examine the edited version before publication.

Illustrations: Photographs, line drawings, and other illustrations may be in color or black and white and should be referred to in the text in sequence: Figure 1, Figure 2, etc. Electronic images should be 72 DPI or higher, in one of the following formats: GIF, JPEG, PNG or SWF. Please note that any images submitted for our newsletter cannot be a flash format files. The color palette should be set to RBG color set. Files not exceed a side of 50 kb

Make sure you have something substantive to add to the ongoing conversation about email newsletters, their strategies and tactics, or more general email issues. We will happily accept your white paper, case study, or survey results on email marketing, email issues such as deliverability or rendering and specifically aimed at email newsletters.
